West Jefferson High School is seeking a dynamic Head Girls Basketball Coach to lead our program and inspire student-athletes both on and off the court. We are looking for a coach who is patient, energetic, and committed to developing skills, while building strong, meaningful connections with student-athletes. Our goal is to create a program where basketball is an empowering and memorable experience for every player.

Position Overview:
The Head Girls Basketball Coach will oversee all aspects of the girls basketball program, including player development, program culture, and competitive success.

Ability to pass a background check and meet Idaho High School Activities Association (IHSAA) coaching requirements.
